Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and they come into force on 7 December 2005.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations “the 1992 Regulations ” (“ Rheoliadau 1992 ”) means the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992 .

Section 3 Amendment of the 1992 Regulations

In relation to financial years beginning on or after 1 April 2006, Schedules 2 and 4 to the 1992 Regulations are amended as follows:—

(a) in paragraph 2(12) of Schedule 2 for “1.009” there is substituted “1.004”; and

(b) for Schedule 4 to the 1992 Regulations there is substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
