Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2006 and they will come into force on 16 November 2006.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment

Regulation (3) of the Children (Secure Accommodation) Regulations 1991 (Approval by Secretary of State of secure accommodation in a children’s home) is revoked.
