Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2007 which come into force on 29 March 2007.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of regulation 1 of the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Regulations 1997

In the definition of “ NHS sight test fee” in regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Regulations 1997 —

(a) for “£50.77” substitute “£52.04”; and

(b) for “£18.39” substitute “£18.85”.
