Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Trinity College, Carmarthen (Designated Institutions in Higher Education) (Wales) Order 2007 and it comes into force on 1 September 2007.

(2) This Order applies to Wales.

Section 2 Designation

Trinity College, Carmarthen, being an educational institution of the kind described in sub-section (2) of section 129 of the Education Reform Act 1988, is designated as an institution for the purpose of that section.
