Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Private and Voluntary Health Care (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and they come into force on 7 September 2007.

(2) These regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Interpretation

In these regulations—

“the Principal Regulations” (“ y Prif Reolidadau ”) means the Private and Voluntary Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002 .

Section 3 Amendment of the Private and Voluntary Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002

(1) In regulation 3(3)(h) of the Principal Regulations omit the words “or another person”.

(2) In regulation 4(1)(b) of the Principal Regulations omit the words “or another person”.

(3) In regulation 4A of the Principal Regulations omit the words “or another person”.
