Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2007 and it comes into force on 1 October 2007.

(2) This Order applies to Wales.

Section 2Listed Bodies

The bodies that are specified in the Schedule to this Order comprise all those bodies that appear to the Welsh Ministers to fall for the time being within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.

Section 3Revocation

The Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2004 and the Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2005 are revoked .
