Section 1 Title and commencement

The title of this Order is the General Teaching Council for Wales (Additional Functions) (Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 20 October 2007.

Section 2 Title and commencement

The General Teaching Council for Wales (Additional Functions) Order 2005 is amended as follows.

Section 3 Title and commencement

(1) In article 2 in the definition of “the Directive” (“ y Gyfarwyddeb ”) for “ 89/48/ EEC ” substitute “ 2005/36/ EC ”.

(2) In article 2 in the definition of “the Regulations” (“ y Rheoliadau ”) for the words “the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) (First General System) Regulations 2005” substitute “the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007.”.
