Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the National Park Authorities (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2007.

(2) This Order comes into force on 31 December 2007 and applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order —

“the principal Order” (“ y prif Orchymyn ”) means the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995 .

Section 3 Amendment of the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995

(1) The principal Order is amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) In Part I of Schedule 2 to the principal Order for—
