Section 1Title and Commencement

The Title of this Order is the Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 July 2008.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust

The Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust established by the Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
