Section 1

(1) — The title of this Order is the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 August 2008.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2

(1) — In the Welsh language text of the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study) (Wales) Order 2008 in—

(a) articles 4(2), 5(2), 6(2), 7(2), 8(2), 9(2), 10(2), 11(2), 12(2), 13(2), 14(2) and 15(3) for “Y darpariaethau” substitute “Mae'r darpariaethau”; and

(b) articles 4(3), 5(3), 6(3), 7(3), 8(3), 9(3), 10(3), 11(3), 12(3), 13(3), 14(3) and 15(4) for “egluro'r” substitute “dangos y”.
