Section 1Title, commencement and application

The title of this Order is the Tuberculosis (Testing and Powers of Entry) (Wales) Order 2008; it applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on the day after it is made.

Section 2Specification of “disease”

Tuberculosis is specified as a disease (“ clefyd ”) for the purpose of section 62D (tests and samples: power of entry) of the Animal Health Act 1981.
