Section 1 Title, commencement and application

The title of these Regulations is the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. They come into force on 1 April 2008 and apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment to regulation 3 (inspection fees)

The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2006 are amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3 Amendment to regulation 3 (inspection fees)

In regulation 3, in paragraphs (1) and (8), for “£21.00” substitute “£25.00”.
