Section 1 Title, Commencement and Application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Education (Admission Appeals Arrangements) (Wales) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2009, and they come into force on 15 July 2009.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

(1) The Education (Admission Appeals Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 2 to the Regulations, in each place it occurs, replace—

“local authority” with “local education authority”.
