Section 1Title, Commencement and Application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Purity Criteria for Colours, Sweeteners and Miscellaneous Food Additives (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and they come into force on 7 September 2009.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Purity Criteria for Colours, Sweeteners and Miscellaneous Food Additives (Wales) Regulations 2009

(1) The Purity Criteria for Colours, Sweeteners and Miscellaneous Food Additives (Wales) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

(2) In the Welsh text of regulation 3(2)(a) for “Directive 95/45/EC ” substitute “Directive 95/31/EC ”.
