Section 1 Title, commencement and application

The title of these Regulations is the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009. They come into force on 1 April 2009 and apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment to the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2006

The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2006, as amended are further amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3 Amendment to the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2006

In regulation 3, in paragraphs (1) and (8), for “£25.00” substitute “£50.00”.
