Section 1 Title, application and commencement

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales and come into force on 20 April 2010.

Section 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations, “the 2009 Regulations” (“ Rheoliadau 2009 ”) means the Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) (Wales) Regulations 2009 .

Section 3 Amendment to the 2009 Regulations

(1) The 2009 Regulations are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 2 (Table of entries to be substituted in Table B (minerals in respect of which claims may be made) in Schedule 6, Part II to the Food Labelling Regulations 1996), in Column 2, opposite “Potassium” in Column 1, for “200 mg” substitute “2000 mg”.
