Section 1Title and commencement

The title of these Regulations is The Rice Products from the United States of America (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and they come into force on 18 June 2010.

Section 2Revocation

(1) The Rice Products from the United States of America (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Wales) Regulations 2008 are revoked.

(2) The Rice Products from the United States of America (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 are revoked.
