Section 1 Title, application, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations are called the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1 April 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” (“ y prif Reoliadau ”) means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 1989 .

Section 2 Amendment to the principal Regulations

In Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations delete the words—
