Section 1 Title, application, commencement and interpretation

(1) The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2010 and they come into force on 1 April 2010.

(2) These Regulations come into force immediately after the coming into force of the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2010 .

(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

(4) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” (“ y prif Reoliadau ”) means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 1989 .

Section 2 Amendment to the principal Regulations

In Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations insert in the appropriate alphabetical position the words—

Section 3 Revocation

The National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
