Section 1 Title and application

The title of this Order is the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Order 2012 and it applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 31 January 2012

The following provisions of the Localism Act 2011 come into force on 31 January 2012—

(a) sections 38 to 43 (pay accountability);

(b) section 69 (non-domestic rates; discretionary relief).
