Section 1Title, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.2) Order 2012 and it applies in relation to Wales.
(2) In this Order—
“the Measure” (“ y Mesur ”) means the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011; and
“the commencement date” (“ y dyddiad cychwyn ”) is 3 September 2012.

Section 2Commencement of Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011 (Suspension of the Right to Buy and Related Rights) on the commencement date

Part 1 of the Measure (Suspension of the Right to Buy and Related Rights) comes into force on the commencement date.
