Section 1 Title

The title of this Order is the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.2) Order 2012.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 10 January 2012—

(a) section 23(4);

(b) paragraphs 1, 5, 10 and 11 of Schedule 4, and section 23(1) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
