Section 1Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 (Commencement No.3) Order 2013.

(2) In this Order, “the 2013 Act ” (“ Deddf 2013 ”) means the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 3 December 2013

The appointed day for Part 4 (sections 84 to 87) of the 2013 Act coming into force is 3 December 2013.
