Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Rating Lists (Postponement of Compilation) (Wales) Order 2014 and it comes into force 14 days after the day on which it is made.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Postponement of compilation of rating lists: specified date

For the purposes of section 54A (postponement of compilation of Welsh lists for 2015 onwards) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, the specified date is 1 April 2017.
