The Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Fees) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Fees) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and they come into force on 10 March 2014.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2004

(1) The English text of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2004 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 8(1) (waiver and reduction of fees)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (e), delete “or”;

(b) remove the full stop at the end of sub-paragraph (f); and

(c) after sub-paragraph (f) insert—

; or

(g) universal credit.

(3) The Welsh text of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2004 is amended in accordance with paragraph (4).

(4) In regulation 8(1) (hepgor a lleihau ffioedd)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (ch) delete “neu”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (d)(ii) replace the full stop with a semi-colon; and

(c) after sub-paragraph (d)(ii) insert—

(dd) lwfans cyflogaeth a chymorth yn seiliedig ar incwm sy’n daladwy o dan Ran 1 o Ddeddf Diwygio Lles 2007; neu

(e) credyd cynhwysol.
