Section 1 Title and interpretation

The title of this Order is the Qualifications Wales Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2015.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 6 August 2015

The following provisions of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015 come into force on 6 August 2015—

(a) section 2(1) (establishment of Qualifications Wales);

(b) section 2(2) so far as it relates to Part 1 and paragraph 37 of Schedule 1;

(c) Part 1 of Schedule 1 (establishment of Qualifications Wales); and

(d) paragraph 37 (in Part 2) of Schedule 1 (consequential amendment to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ).
