Section 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and they come into force on 19 October 2015.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

(3) In these Regulations, “the 2015 Regulations ” (“ Rheoliadau 2015 ”) means the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Wales) Regulations 2015 .

Section 2 Amendment to the notice claiming to exercise the right to buy

(1) The 2015 Regulations are amended as follows.

(2) In Part D of Schedule 1 (qualification and discount) for “£16,000” substitute —

in force from time to time

Section 3 Saving and transitional provision

Nothing in these Regulations affects the validity of any notice given before 19 October 2015 if the notice was given in a form prescribed by the 2015 Regulations, or in a form substantially to the like effect.
