Section 1Title, interpretation and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement) (Wales) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order, “the 2014 Act ” (“ Deddf 2014 ”) means the Children and Families Act 2014.
(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Commencement

Section 1 of the 2014 Act is to come into force on 19 October 2015.
