Section 1 Title, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3) (Wales) Order 2015.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

(3) In this Order, “the Act” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 23 November 2015

Chapter 3 of Part 3 (miscellaneous and general) of the Act comes into force on 23 November 2015 insofar as it is not already in force.

Section 3 Provisions coming into force on 23 November 2015

Schedule 9 to the Act comes into force on 23 November 2015 insofar as it is not already in force.

Section 4 Revocation

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No. 2) (Wales) Order 2015 is revoked.
