Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014 (Consequential Modification) Order 2015 and it comes into force on 9 December 2015.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Modification of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998

Section 46(4) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 is modified as follows—

(a) at the end of paragraph (b) omit “and”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (c) insert—

; and

(d) the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014.
