Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2016 and it comes into force on 25 February 2016.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995

(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 3 of Schedule 2, after class G insert—

Class H

Permitted Development

H. Development consisting of a change of use of a building to a use falling within Class C3 (dwellinghouses) of the Schedule to the Use Classes Order from a use falling within Class C4 (houses in multiple occupation) of that Schedule.
