(1) The title of this Order is the Revised Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 4 (direct payments and choice of accommodation) and Part 5 (charging and financial assessment) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2017.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3) In this Order, “the Revised Code” (“ y Cod Diwygiedig ”) means the Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 4 (direct payments and choice of accommodation) and Part 5 (charging and financial assessment) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014), a draft of which was laid before the National Assembly for Wales on 28 February 2017 and was issued by the Welsh Ministers on 9 April 2017.
