Section 1 Title and commencement

The title of this Order is The Civil Enforcement of Bus Lane and Moving Traffic Contraventions (County of Carmarthenshire) Designation Order 2018 and it comes into force on 10 December 2018.

Section 2 Designation of civil enforcement area

The Welsh Ministers designate the county of Carmarthenshire as—

(a) a civil enforcement area for bus lane contraventions; and

(b) a civil enforcement area for moving traffic contraventions.
