Section 1 Title and commencement

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Isles of Scilly Modification) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 4 February 2019.

Section 2 Application of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 with modification

(1) The Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 has effect with the modification in paragraph (2).

(2) Any reference to a “local authority in England” is to be treated as if it included reference to the Council of the Isles of Scilly.
