Section 1 Title, application and commencement

(1) The title of this Order is the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2018.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

(3) This Order comes into force on 30 June 2018.

Section 2 Amendment of the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) Order 2011

(1) The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) Order 2011 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2 (interpretation)—

(a) omit the definition of “BPEX”;

(b) omit the definition of “MLCSL”; and

(c) in the appropriate place, insert—

“AHDB” means Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board;

(3) In each place where it appears, for “BPEX” substitute “AHDB”.

(4) In each place where it appears, for “MLCSL” substitute “AHDB”.
