Section 1 Title and commencement

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Education Workforce Council (Membership and Appointment) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 9 August 2018.

Section 2 Amendment

Schedule 2 to the Education Workforce Council (Membership and Appointment) (Wales) Regulations 2014 is amended as follows—

(a) in Part 1—

(i) for paragraph 1 substitute—

(1) National Education Union.

(ii) omit paragraph 7; and

(b) in Part 2, after paragraph 27 insert—

(28) Council for Wales of Voluntary Youth Services Cyngor Cymreig y Gwasanaethau Ieuenctid Gwirfoddol .

(29) Wales Principal Youth Officers’ Group .

(30) National Training Federation for Wales Ltd .

(31) Education Training Standards Wales .
