Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Learner Travel (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) These Regulations come into force on exit day.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008

In section 14A(5) of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008 , for “directly applicable requirement of European Union law” substitute “requirement of retained direct EU legislation”.
