Section 1 Title and commencement

The title of this Order is the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Monmouthshire) Designation Order 2019 and it comes into force on 8 April 2019.

Section 2 Designation of civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and special enforcement area

The Welsh Ministers designate the area described in the Schedule to this Order as—

(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and

(b) a special enforcement area.
