Section 1 Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Code of Practice for Local Authority Adoption Services (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2019.

(2) In this Order, “the code of practice” means the code of practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to local authority adoption services, which was issued by the Welsh Ministers on 15 April 2019.

Section 2 Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the code of practice is 29 April 2019.
