Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 31 December 2020.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to each financial year beginning on or after 1 April 2021.

Section 2Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 2017

In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (Explanatory Notes), omit the paragraph entitled “State aid”.
