Section 1 Title, application and commencement

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Meat Preparations (Amendment and Transitory Modification) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales and come into force on 6 January 2021.

Section 2 Amendment to Commission Decision 2000/572/EC

In Article 1(1) of Commission Decision 2000/572/EC of 8 September 2000 laying down the animal and public health and veterinary certification conditions for imports of meat preparations into the Community from third countries (‘the Commission Decision’), after “meat preparations” insert “ from third countries ” .
