(1) The title of this Order is the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Additional Authority) (Wales) Order 2022.
(2) This Order comes into force on 25 March 2022.

Section 2Amendment of section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998
In section 17(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, after “a joint authority;” insert “a corporate joint committee established by regulations made under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (asc 1) ;” .
