Section 1Title and commencement
(1) The title of these Regulations is the General Power of Competence (Commercial Purpose) (Conditions) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 5 May 2022.

In regulation 1(2) (title, commencement and interpretation) of the General Power of Competence (Commercial Purpose) (Conditions) (Wales) Regulations 2021 , in the definition of “authority”, at the end insert “or an eligible community council within the meaning of section 30(1) of the 2021 Act” .
