Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Education (Information About Individual Pupils) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and they come into force on 7 July 2022.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment

In the Education (Information About Individual Pupils) (Wales) Regulations 2007 , in regulation 5, at the end of paragraph (2) insert—

(i) the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service .
