Section 1 Title and coming into force

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Review of Maps) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 6 March 2026.

Section 2 Amendment of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000

In section 10(2)(b) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (review of maps (Wales)) , for “fifteen” substitute “twenty” .
