Section 2Amendment to the Independent Review of Determinations (Adoption and Fostering) (Wales) Regulations 2026
(1) The Independent Review of Determinations (Adoption and Fostering) (Wales) Regulations 2026 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “adoption panel”, for “regulation 3” substitute “regulation 4” .
(3) In regulation 3(a)(ii), for “regulation 30D(2)” substitute “regulation 30D(6)” .
