s 57 Failure to stop vehicle
In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 10) (prosecution and punishment of offences under the Road Traffic Orders), for the entry relating to Article 180 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 substitute— (a) Level 5 on the standard scale if committed by a person driving a mechanically propelled vehicle. b Level 3 on the standard scale if committed by a person riding a cycle.
