s 93 Applications for interim order
In the Anti-social Behaviour (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (NI 12) in Article 4 (interim orders) after paragraph (1) insert— (1A) An application by a relevant authority for an order under this Article may be made without notice being given to the defendant.
