(1) In this Schedule “ the appropriate court ”, in relation to a supervised activity order, means— (a) if the Crown Court made the order, the Crown Court; (b) if a magistrates' court made the order, a magistrates' court ... (2) Where a supervised activity order is made on appeal, the order shall be treated as if made by the court from which the appeal was brought.
