Sch 4 para 5
(1) The Department of Justice shall pay to or in respect of a Commissioner such remuneration, fees and allowances as the Department of Justice thinks fit. (2) If a Commissioner resigns in accordance with paragraph 2(b), the Department of Justice may pay the Commissioner compensation if in the Department of Justice's opinion special circumstances make it appropriate.
